Ethnography

Ethnography is the branch of anthropology that involves trying to understand how people live their lives.

To obtain insights on user experience our researcher spends time with the respondent at their residential place, shops, or work places depending on the objective of the survey. Finally, the researcher transcribes the field notes and extrapolates the human behavior. Video files are shared with client in case required.

This methodology thus is very useful in gaining detailed user experience on different topics.
